Conditions of Sale
At Ancestral Acres Birmans, we take the care of our kittens very seriously. Our contract outlines the conditions of sale and our mutual commitments. We promise to raise each kitten with exceptional love and attention to health, and you pledge a lifelong commitment to their happiness and well-being. Please carefully review the following prior to submitting your application.

You agree to provide the cat with annual vet check-ups, timely vaccinations, dental cleanings, proper diet, hygienic conditions, and emotional care.

You agree to keep the cat as in indoor pet only and at no time to allow it to roam outdoors.

You agree that under no circumstances will the cat be sold, leased, or given to another person, pet shop, shelter, research facility, or other entity.

If you can no longer care for the cat, you agree to notify Ancestral Acres Cattery and provide us with the right to re-gain possession of the cat to ensure that they are placed in a new home that is Breeder approved.

You agree never to de-claw the cat.

You agree not to give live (modified-live) virus vaccinations (including but not limited to FeLV, FIP, etc.) to the cat. Only killed (inactivated) or non-adjuvanted vaccines may be given, as live vaccines are believed to cause increased health risks or death in Birmans.

You agree to neuter/spay the cat and provide proof of said procedure to the Breeder.
